French car manufacturer, Peugeot, is all set to launch its new range of SUVs. The 2017 Peugeot 3008 is about to make a public appearance in October at the 2016 Paris Motor Show and will be available for sale in the United Kingdom from November. In addition, the 3008 has undergone a complete makeover and is built on the new EMP2 architecture.

First of all, the automobile has an extra 3.15 inch added to its wheelbase, thereby increasing the total length to 175.2 inches. In addition, tire sizes vary in dimensions ranging from 17 to 19 inch and are installed with ULRR (Ultra Low Rolling Resistance) technology. Also, the combination of a new platform and a thermoplastic tailgate makes this vehicle stand at 220 pounds in weight.
Similar to its predecessors, the 2008 version, 2017 Peugeot 3008 maintained its brand lettering on the top frame of the new front grille and the lion symbol in the middle.
In addition, Peugeot has done away with its old-fashioned round speedometer and has equipped the 3008 with an eight-inch instrument cluster display with varying personalisation options. Also, a 12.3-inch touch screen with its i-Cockpit system.
An additional feature is flat-bottom and flat-topped steering wheel which gives the interiors a sporty look. Legroom has been increased by 0.95 inches, elbow room by 0.15 inches and headroom by 1.4 inches.
Luggage space has been enhanced by 90.04 liters under the luggage cover. Removing the second row of seats would provide the customer with a massive 1580 liters of space.
