The French company is yet to make any formal announcements, but speculations about the grand debut of 2017 Renault Captur in either of the two major European auto shows in the second half of 2016are being made, one in September in Frankfurt and the other in Paris in October.

On grounds of grille designs and headlight formations, 2017 Renault Captur is no exception to its Captur siblings. The lower grille has undergone a slight modification in design owing to its release as a facelift. The 2017 Renault Captur with this engine can reach a maximum speed of 106 mph with an acceleration of 0 to 62 mph in 13 seconds. EPA is rated at 55 mpg in average.   • Diesel Engine – The basic trim will have a 5.0-liter Inline-4 engine with 90 hp capacity and 162 lb-ft torque capacity. Max speed will reach 106 mph and acceleration will take 13 seconds. Also, fuel consumption is estimated at 72 mpg. Above this will be dCi 110 engine improved horsepower of 110 and 76 mpg EPA.

In conclusion, the Renault Captur 2017 can receive strong contention from Mazda CX-5 which promises to give 155 hp and 150 lb-ft of torque. Another rival in line is the Honda CR-V which will provide more power in the same price range. Then why opt for Renault Captur? Due to its high fuel efficient engines in low price.

No information in price section is available from Renault. Based on the previous models of the Captur series, the automobile can be expected to range a bit higher. Finally, the numbers can be slotted in between $25,000 and $30,000.
